This in-person seminar, free to members, is presented by Marcum, LLP, and will explain the different types of equity-based compensation and why companies offer them. The presentation will focus on items to consider while performing alimony and equitable distribution calculations as they relate to equity-based compensation.
This in-person seminar is approved for 1.0 NJ CLE credit.
Speakers
Danielle Bellomo, a Marcum director, has 10 years of public accounting experience. Her clients include businesses and professional and medical practices of all sizes, as well as individuals, trusts, estates, and partnerships.
She provides business valuation, litigation support, and forensic services in the areas of commercial and matrimonial litigation, economic damages, litigation support, gift and estate taxation, and business planning.
Danielle performs business valuations in support of mergers and acquisitions, financing, family and estate planning, matrimonial dissolution, and commercial litigation matters. She also conducts economic damages calculations, provides support to business owners engaging in litigation, and contributes to forensic investigations.
Nicholas Fecci is a supervisor in the Firm’s Advisory Services Division and works
primarily out of Marcum’s New Jersey offices. His experience encompasses business
valuation, forensic accounting and litigation support services in connection with
matrimonial and commercial litigation.
He joined Marcum in 2021 with over four years of experience in the accounting
industry related to public accounting services.
