Join the NAMA Culinary Arts Committee members Spike Mikulski, Robert Courteau, Julie Schreiber, Wade Fox, and Gordon Walker as they share tips on foraging for edible mushrooms and answer your questions! Gordon Walker will share a presentation on the morphology of edible species that fruit during the fall season followed by a Q & A session on foraging and cooking. You will also be welcome to contribute your own experience and thoughts to this casual open-forum meet-and-greet.
