Under his leadership, RCBC accelerated its business and digital transformation, making it one of the fastest-growing universal banks in assets, loans, and deposits. The bank also won multiple awards in innovation including best digital bank and best in customer service.
A banking veteran with over thirty years’ experience in the industry, Mr. Acevedo began his career at Citibank where he later became Managing Director and Country Treasurer for the Philippines and then Hong Kong. He later led the rapid business and financial growth of three other commercial and thrift banks, including the Philippine National Bank where he was President and CEO.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physics, magna cum laude, from the University of San Carlos where he now serves as a member of the Board of Trustees. He received his MBA from the Asian Institute of Management, where he now serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees. He also completed the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School. An avid learner, he has certifications in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Customer Experience, User Experience and Digital Marketing.

Maribel Aglipay is a talent development consultant, mentor of mentors, trainer, author, and organization development practitioner who has helped organizations design and implement robust and sustainable formal mentoring programs for organizations in various sectors and industries here and abroad

She brings with her four decades of professional experience in workplace learning, talent development, and organization research and development.

She was a recipients of an Australian Awards Scholarship for a Benchmarking Study on Mentoring for Organizational Excellence held in Australia, 2013

She started conducting mentoring workshops in 2013 upon returning from her Fellowship Program in Australia and went on to provide consulting services to organizations that desire to set up formal mentoring programs

Recipient of the prestigious Gawad Maestro Awards conferred by PSTD in 2011 for being a “Champion of Workplace Learning and Performance.”

Jemai has been in the Talent Development industry for 18 years now and has trained over 13,000 employees from different industries. She has developed and facilitated workshops and training focused on leadership and management, personality development, customer service, change management, and team building. She is certified in Learning Design and Evaluation from Ateneo Cord and is well-versed in rapid instructional designing, applied improvisation, and training styles. Currently, she is leading FDG Innovations Inc., a training and software distributor company, as its president while still serving as the HR Director and Vice President of FDG International Corp.

She completed her Masters in Strategic Human Resource Management in Miriam College and was a part-time faculty for the Business Administration Department of Our Lady of Perpetual Succor College (OLOPSC). As an active member of the Philippine Society for Talent Development (PSTD), she contributes as one of the facilitators for its Master Trainer Certification program. At the same time, she is also active in the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) and has been awarded the rank of Associate Fellow for People Management (AFPM) under its Philippine Society of Fellows (PSOF).
