This CLE will provide a comprehensive overview of guardianship, covering all aspects of the process. It will address the roles of court-appointed professionals, filing requirements, and the relevant court rules and statutory authorities essential to guardianship proceedings.
The program is designed to prepare less experienced attorneys for roles as court-appointed professionals and to guide them through completing a guardianship case from start to finish.
We will also thoroughly examine key case law, ethical considerations, and the various roles attorneys assume throughout the guardianship process.
This in-person, all-day seminar is approved for 5.0 NJ general CLE credits and 1.2 NJ ethics credits.
Light refreshments and lunch will be served. Limited parking is available.
