David H. Nachman, Esq. is one of the Managing Attorney at NPZ. He has over 20 years of experience in Corporate and Business Immigration and Nationality Law Practice. Mr. Nachman attended Georgetown University (B.S.); Case Western Reserve University (MBA); and Case Western Reserve University Law School (JD). Mr. Nachman is a member of the New Jersey Bar, the U.S. Court of International Trade, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Nachman is a Former NJ Chapter Chair of the American Immigration Lawyers’ Association (“AILA”) and serves as Mentor to National AILA members on Business Immigration Law issues. Mr. Nachman was appointed as an Ethics Fee Arbitrator (Since 2014) and he is an Adjunct Professor of Paralegal Studies (Immigration Law Module) at Bergen Community College and at Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Ludka Zimovcak, Esq., the Managing Attorney at NPZ has over a decade of experience specializing in a wide range of complex immigration matters, including nonimmigrant visas, labor certification applications, employment-based and self-sponsored immigrant petitions, and family-sponsored immigrant petitions. She is admitted to practice law in New York and Slovakia. Ms. Zimovcak is a member of The American Immigration Lawyers Association and is a frequent speaker at various seminars. She graduated from prestigious Comenius University in Slovakia and obtained a graduate degree from Temple University, Beasley School of Law

Melvin R. Solomon is the Managing Partner of the firm. A nationally recognized Immigration Law specialist, Mr. Solomon offers more than three decades of practical, hands-on experience.

He has lectured frequently and extensively published articles on various Immigration Law topics. Mr. Solomon has been named one of the Best Immigration Lawyers in the United States and in New Jersey by various National and State Bar publications.

Among Mr. Solomon's numerous publications is Family-Sponsored Immigration, which can be found at the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) online bookstore. He also served as a speaker on a core curriculum panel entitled "Immigration Visa Processing Part 1: Family, Special Immigrant & Diversity Visa Lottery." For the past 12 years, Mr. Solomon has been an annual speaker at the National Conference of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Mr. Solomon is a graduate of Rutgers College and Rutgers University School of Law. He is a past Chairman of the New Jersey Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
