However, there are many factors affecting the ability to connect individuals to care. Medicaid: Challenges and Opportunities

Medicaid is the largest payor of behavioral health services and the backbone for the I/DD system. Recent discussions have focused on altering the structure of the program including block grants, per capita caps, and work requirements. This panel will focus on the ramifications of those proposals while also focusing on unique waiver opportunities to provide enhance services to individuals.
