President & CEO of Ericsson Malaysia, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh at Ericsson MalaysiaDavid was appointed as President of Ericsson Malaysia, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh in August 2020. He has over 20 years of IT/Telecom experience in various markets across the world including the US, Italy, Japan, China, Malaysia, Indonesia and India.
David joined Ericsson in 2008 and has held various executive management roles across sales, strategy and technology. Most recently he was heading up Strategy, Technology and Government & Industry Relations for Ericsson South East Asia, Australia and India.
Prior to joining Ericsson, David held various management roles with Accenture and ABB. He has a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Umeå University and Business Administration from Lund’s University in Sweden, as well as executive management programs from INSEAD (France), Singularity University (USA), London Business School (UK), Peking University (China), Boston University (USA), The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE, UK), IESE Business School (Spain) and The International Institute for Management Development (IMD, Switzerland).
