Born and bred in city of Johore, one of the main state in Malaysia, Norain leads a team of qualified Corporate Secretarial professionals to provide statutory compliance and advisory services to corporate and individual clients of diverse industries. Having more than 13 years of practical experience in the corporate secretarial profession, she has contributed her expertise into use with consulting firm, corporate management companies, a public listed company and Government Link Corporation. Not only corporate secretarial, she has also extended her professional experience and significant leadership with construction of strong team mainly focusing in corporate secretarial, accounting, taxation, payroll, Goods and Services Tax and human resource advisory.

In Vistra, she has shown her outstanding credibility with the establishment of Vistra Malaysia office & other multi-national companies, involvement with due diligence, merger and acquisition, structure implementation, substance office provision, business development, system implementation and secondment to client teams for secretarial projects. Her good connection with local authorities are proven with excellent track records in application of business and trading license, liaison with Immigration Department and tax incentives application and actively involved in introducing Vistra brand to the local scene. With her leadership, Vistra is poised to be the preferred brand by international companies to set up their presence in Iskandar Puteri and Malaysia.

Norain has a Diploma in Corporate Secretarial and Administration from the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (“MAICSA”) and a Licensed Company Secretary under the Companies Commission of Malaysia holding a license number LS0009877. She is also a MAICSA’s affiliate and is fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English.

Chris is a director of the Malaysia office of the Marks & Clerk group, the largest firm of patent and trade mark attorneys in the world. He specialises in the drafting and prosecution of patent applications.

Chris holds a PhD in Microbiology from the University of Warwick and is a Registered Malaysian Patent, Trade Mark and Design agent, as well as a UK and European Patent Attorney. He is a member of the Executive Committees of the Malaysian Intellectual Property Association (MIPA) and The International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), has represented Malaysia on the Patent and Design Committees for the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA), is a member of the International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys (FICPI) and the British-Malaysian Chamber of Commerce (BMCC), and has been named as an IP Star in the annual World IP Survey conducted by Managing Intellectual Property since it started in 2014. Chris joined the Helpdesk network in August 2013.

Born in Italy, in 1978, father of a little baby. Mr. Bernardi joined Menz&Gasser 5 years ago as a marketing manager, after working in accounts receivable for Dupont (in Spain and in the USA) for 2 years and MACO Beschlaege in Italy as a product manager for another 8 years.
