Kristine R. Ferrer is a Partner at Fortun Narvasa and Salazar (FNS) and the Head of the firm’s Tax Department.

Tine is a Certified Public Accountant and lawyer with 10 years of experience in the field of taxation. She has represented clients before the BIR and the Court of Tax Appeals on matters involving requests for confirmatory rulings, assessments and refund. Aside from being a tax and litigation lawyer, Tine’s practice also covers corporate and M&A. She has been part of her firm’s major acquisition projects. She has handled special projects like due diligence, mergers and acquisitions and was able to successfully assist her clients in their major business transactions. Her tax advice is not only limited to local transactions, but also covers international transactions.

Aside from her usual corporate transactions, Tine has also successfully handled settlement of estate cases before the Court and the BIR. Tine is a professor at the Ateneo de Davao University College of Law where she obtained her law degree in 2010.
