The business case for gender diversity in senior and executive positions is compelling. Studies show that companies, that have the best records for promoting women, outstrip their competition on every measure of profitability. Yet some women continuously fail to attain high-level positions.

The BCCSA, in partnership with the European Chambers and with the sponsoring of Nedbank, duly invites you to a symposium in celebration of women who thrive whilst tackling the challenges faced in the workplace.

This event will offer a panel discussion with leading women in business, thereby providing a platform for discussing the challenges women face in conquering the glass ceiling and the ways in which we can create a more inclusive and equitable workplace culture. The event will not only address the challenges faced in the workplace, but will also highlight and celebrate women's achievements in leadership positions, and advocate for gender equality in the workplace.

After the panel discussion there will be opportunity to further deepen discussions from the points addressed in the session.
