Sisule is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 16 years post-admission experience in legal practice and advisory services in a number of public policy areas. Qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nairobi, a Masters in Laws from the University of Pretoria and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. Have also served as an Associate Research Scholar at the Yale Law School.

Practicing mainly dispute resolution and litigation in various areas of law, including administrative law, constitutional law, elections, employment and immigration, international trade, public procurement, and retirement benefits, having handled a wide range of complex cases at the High Court, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.

Mercy Kimalat, CEO of Association of Startups and SME Enablers in Kenya (ASSEK) has 10+ years of experience in designing and managing impact driven programs across diverse sectors in the entrepreneurship ecosystem. In the past she has played a vital role in growing brands and fostering collaboration with strategic partners including Government institutions , Regulatory bodies , Fintechs , Technology firms and others.

ASSEK is fostering the startup and SME enablers ecosystem in Kenya, and plays a key role to represent all the actors of the Kenyan start-up and SME enablers Ecosystem by actively promoting networking among its members that, scattered throughout the country, are the driving force for an entrepreneurial economic breakthrough of our country.

Paul is an Advocate of the High court of Kenya specializing in Copyright and Related Rights. He is currently a Chief Legal Counsel at the Kenya Copyright Board. He has close to ten years experience in copyright infringement litigation and have successfully litigated and prosecuted several cases on Copyright and Related Rights in Kenya. He holds a master's Degree in Intellectual Property (MIP). He also holds an LLB Degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from The Kenya School of Law.

Janice Celine Nantumbwe is an advocate of the High Court of Uganda, specializing in Technology, Media, Telecommunications, and Intellectual Property law. Holding a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Makerere University and a Diploma in Legal Practice (First Class Honors) from the Law Development Centre, Janice currently serves as a legal associate at KTA Advocates, a leading law firm in Kampala renowned for its expertise in IP and Technology law.

Joram is an award winner of 50 most influential CEOs in Kenya and fondly known as The Chief Entrepreneur in East Africa, Mr. Mwinamo has for 15 years been constantly involved in policy development and championing for a better SME growth environment.
