Since January of 2018, Judge Anthony Gallina has been the presiding Judge of the Municipal Courts for Vicinage II, Bergen County, and the Judge of the Central Judicial Processing Court for Vicinage II, Bergen County. He currently serves as the Municipal Court Judge for the Township of Washington and the Borough of Elmwood Park, and was the past Municipal Court Judge for the Borough of Paramus. Judge Gallina has also served as the Municipal Prosecutor for Boroughs of Elmwood Park, Paramus, and Tenafly.

James B. Seplowitz has practiced exclusively in the field of criminal law throughout his career. Before founding the criminal defense firm of Foy & Seplowitz LLC with Jason E. Foy, Mr. Seplowitz worked at the Rem Zeller Law Group for nine years, the first five as an associate and the last four as a partner. Mr. Seplowitz served as a law clerk in the Criminal Part of the Superior Court of New Jersey for the Honorable Donald R. Venezia, J.S.C.

Mr. Seplowitz is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Southern District of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Municipal Court Law Attorney.

Ms. Sutnick, the founding partner of Sutnick & Sutnick, LLC, is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York. She is an experienced trial attorney and is certified by the State of New Jersey as a Criminal Trial Attorney. Ms. Sutnick is an officer of the Bergen County Bar Association and currently serves as its treasurer. She is also the co-chair of the Criminal Law committee and the chair of the Judicial Appointments Committee. Ms. Sutnick began her legal career at the Kings County District Attorney's Office, where she was a senior trial attorney.
