Danielle Cohen focuses her practice on construction litigation and condominium association law. She has represented a diverse range of construction clients, including owners, general contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers. Danielle has been involved in both prosecuting and defending claims on private and public projects in New Jersey and New York, including delay claims, construction lien and mechanic's lien foreclosure actions, defective work claims, bond claims, prompt payment act claims and trust fund issues. She has also represented condominium associations in the prosecution of construction defect claims, as well as assisted condominium associations with general condominium matters.

Danielle is experienced in reviewing, drafting and negotiating construction contracts, on behalf or owners, general contractors and subcontractors. Additionally, she assists clients with various collections issues.

Adrienne L. Isacoff, Esq. serves Of Counsel in the Firm's New Providence office. She focuses on public, commercial and hi-end residential construction contracts, public contracting and procurement, as well as on her active dispute resolution practice. She provides counsel and litigation services including contract drafting and negotiating; lien and bond claims; and claims involving differing site condition, delay, consumer fraud, public bid disputes, and breach of contract.

Adrienne serves as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association on Construction and related disputes, including single member small matters and three-member panel complex matters. She also serves on the AAA Consumer Fraud Panel. She provides mediation services for the AAA, as well as for the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Superior Court of New JErsey and by private engagement. She was elected to serve on the AAA Master Mediator Panel for large construction disputes.

Adrienne is the immediate past Co-Chair of the NJSBA Construction Law Section and is a member of the NJSBA Dispute Resolution Section, the Garibaldi Inn of Court for ADR, the Bergen County Bar Association and the Women's Construction Initiative NYC. She served for eight years as a member of the Planning Board in the Borough of Closter.

Adrienne was selected as a Fellow in the Construction Lawyers Society of America, and has been identified by Super Lawyers as one of New Jersey's top lawyers. She has authored many articles and is frequently asked to present CLE seminars on construction law and alternate dispute resolution.

Lee M. Tesser is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Massachusetts and the federal courts of New Jersey and New York, U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts, the Federal Court of Claims, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Tesser is Former co-chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association Construction Industry Law Section. Mr. Tesser concentrates his practice in construction and surety law, construction litigation, construction arbitration, construction defect and performance bonds, and professional liability for architects and engineers. Mr. Tesser writes and speaks frequently on legal issues affecting the construction industry on behalf on contractors, owners, architects, and engineers. He is the author for the State of New Jersey for the treatise "State-by-State Analysis of Legal Issues Affecting Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Owners", as Aspen publication. He is listed in the New Jersey editions of Super Lawyers from 2006 through 2021. Mr. Tesser is also a construction arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association.
