The Belgian-Luxembourg/Thai Chamber of Commerce (BeLuThai) cordially invites you to the BeLuThai Eastern Seaboard Golf Day on Friday 25 February 2022. It is the first sports event hosted by us being held from 12:30 hrs. at Pattana Golf Club & Resort, Chonburi, and finishing the lively and active day by Dinner with free-flow Belgian Beers and drinks!

We are limited to 60 golfers for our very first Golf Day (15 teams of 4 players), please register as soon as possible.

BeLuThai's Event Policy:

• ATK test will need to be conducted by each participant within 48 hours before the event date, and the results should be submitted to info@beluthai.org no later than 24th February 2022.
• Due to COVID-19 restrictions and limited event space, advance registration and prepayment are required to confirm your booking. No payment on the door and no walk-ins. Thank you for your kind cooperation.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

• Advance payment is required to confirm your registration and if payment is not made 24 hours before the event, your place will be passed on to the waiting list.
• Free cancellation within 24 hours before the event and payments are refundable or transferred to the next event's credit.
• Cancellations received less than 24 hours and no-shows are NOT able to receive neither a refund nor credit. Those who haven't paid will be charged with invoices unconditionally.
