With a degree in Organizational Communication (AB-OCM) from De La Salle University (Philippines), JV began her career with Microsoft Philippines handling multiple roles within 5 years: Global Partner Alliance Manager, ISV (Independent Software Vendors) Manager, CTEC (Certified Technical and Education Centers) Manager, and Partner Readiness Manager. During her tenure, she received the CPE (Customer Partner Experience) Hero Award by Microsoft within Asia Pacific and the Greater China, highlighting her efforts of managing, growing, and sustaining partnerships among her channels at the same time creating programs for people development. JV is currently an accredited master trainer of Think on Your Feet®. She has been conducting this program for 10 years now in the Philippines and in some parts of Asia. She has been coaching for 5 years specializing on performance coaching, career and growth coaching and collaboration coaching. To name a few, she is actively helping P&G, Nexus Technologies and SM Group of Companies with their coaching requirements. She also attended the recent Asia Pacific Coaching Conference.
