In Level 2 participants will take some of the topics from Level 1 and expand on the capabilities of these tools. Advanced Markup options will be covered with the introduction of Batch Link, Sets, Fill in Forms and Custom Columns that calculate the cost of a drawing's object, and then total the cost. Designating areas of your pdf as Spaces, gives them a unique name, allows you to add color to them, and creates a hyperlink for easy navigation. Advanced room measurement tools will be covered in detail.

Bluebeam Complete will be the software version used in the class. Complete is the highest version of Bluebeam. Some of the tools unique to this version will be covered so attendees can view the potential of the package

Objectives:

• Batch Link (Extreme version): Create hyperlinks to each sheet in a large document using the title page with a single procedure.
• Sets: View and navigate multiple documents as one unified file, with pages organized in a specified order, including revisions and addenda, without merging them.
• Expanded markup and tool sets: Enhanced features for working with markups and custom tool sets.
• Forms: Send fillable forms to users without Bluebeam and automatically generate an Excel workbook to collect and organize responses.
• Complete Features: Optional advanced features covered in the session, available in Bluebeam Complete.

Recommended Audience: Service Managers & Technicians, Field Supervisors & Personnel, Project Managers, Foremen, Estimators and Clerical Roles. Attendees need to have attended Bluebeam Level 1 or have a working knowledge of the topics covered in Level 1
