Jenny Chen is a Senior Advisor of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for BMO Wealth Management. She grew up in Ottawa and began her career with BMO in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative, holding various roles including Financial Planner. She is a two-time nominee for the Business Women of the Year Award and catapulted herself to be recognized as a leader for Women in Wealth in Canada. Jenny is known for her leadership in overcoming gender bias in the workplace, and her “New Girls’ Club” - starting a new table of women who want to help one another succeed. She has held many leadership positions within BMO, along with serving on various boards for organizations that champion for the inclusion, connection, development, and support of business women in BMO and in the community.

I have been with BMO for 17 years and had the pleasure of working in our retail bank, as an account manager in the commercial bank as well as a variety of roles in Treasury & Payments, commercial credit and sales leadership. I have been the BMO representative for GYB for the past 5 years and enjoy working with female entrepreneurs. In my spare time I am a Mom to 3 three teenagers and enjoy cheering them on and travelling with the family.

Kamilah Reid-Burrell (she/her) is Director, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (Canada) at BMO Financial Group. Kamilah is a social impact specialist who is committed to data-driven change for those who have been excluded from equitable access to resources and opportunities. In her various professional roles, Kamilah has been involved in establishing employment equity plans, developing diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and supporting tactics, creating resources on topics like anti-racism and inclusive recruitment and hiring practices, and leading employee engagement and belonging initiatives. Since joining BMO in 2022, she has applied her experience towards working with leaders from across the bank to develop strategies, partnerships, and programs that support BMO's goals for zero barriers to inclusion.

Sheri Griffiths is responsible for leading Ontario’s Canadian Commercial Banking team. Sheri brings over 30 years of extensive retail and commercial banking experience to this role. She started her career in banking as a teller and has progressed through many roles and several locations during her journey including relocating her family several times.  She holds an MBA from Dalhousie University and is an executive sponsor of BMO for Women, a program which supports and advances women in business. She also leads the Canadian Commercial Banking National Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council, which supports BMO's commitment to building a future with zero barriers to inclusion. Her deep passion for supporting women entrepreneurs, creating a culture of equality, and empowering those around her have contributed to Sheri being named one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women by Women’s Executive Network (WXN) in 2020.
