Esra is a pharmacist with an MBA degree and has 24 years of experience in pharmaceuticals in a commercial setting, of which 17 years is with AstraZeneca. Esra joined AstraZeneca in 2007 as Brand Manager, GI in Turkey and since this time has held diverse marketing and sales leadership roles not only in Turkey but also in global UK and different regions including Eastern Europe and Middle East and Africa, in both Biopharmaceuticals and Oncology Therapeutic Areas. In February 2024, Esra joined the Asia Area as the President Director of AstraZeneca Indonesia. Prior to her current role, she was part of the Leadership Team as Oncology Commercial Director, responsible for accelerating new oncology launches, driving oncology and diagnostic capabilities and improving equitable access to cancer care across Africa. Before this, Esra worked as BUD Oncology in Turkey where she expanded the Oncology team including Diagnostics and launched Lung Cancer therapies.

Reswita is director of market access, communication, and government at GSK, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to get Ahead of Disease together. With a strong focus on preventing and treating diseases through innovative medicines and vaccines, Reswita's leadership and advocacy have been instrumental in shaping public health policies and driving innovation in the healthcare industry. She leads communication taskforce for IPMG, International Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Group Association. Her unwavering commitment lies in improving patient outcomes and expanding access to innovative vaccines by fostering innovation, advancing scientific partnership, and enhancing patient care.
Reswita's educational background as a pharmacist, with a master's degree in science, has equipped her with the necessary expertise to excel in her role. Graduating as a valedictorian from ITB, she has demonstrated her exceptional knowledge and dedication to her field. Her extensive experience spans across various functions, including medical, marketing, market access, and government affairs, in both the pharmaceutical and medical devices sectors. Reswita's passion for sharing her ideas and experiences has led her to be a frequent speaker at regional and national events. Furthermore, she has been actively mentoring numerous women in healthcare, empowering them to achieve success and become leaders in the pharmacy and health sectors.

Professional Experience includes medical, medical ancillary, quality and marketing department, especially in hospital industry. Accomplished in many projects for all of those three aspects from operational, national and international accreditation, new hospital projects and strategic plans. dr. Dini Handayani graduated from Faculty of Medicine University of Indonesia, where she also attended her postgraduate program for Magister of Hospital Administration. She joined Awal Bros Hospital Group since 2011 and served as Hospital Director and also as Corporate Medical Manager previous to recent position. Her role for Quality established Awal Bros Hospital Group to receive an Award from Indonesian Health Ministry in 2014 and 2018, as the Hospital Group with the most JCI accredited Hospital in Indonesia, a fully committed organization for Quality and Patient Safety. Another quality achievement In 2018, The International Hospital Federation (IHF) accepted 2 (two) Awal Bros Hospital Group Poster Submission to be presented at the 42nd International Hospital Federation in Brisbane, 10-12 October 2018.

Beside her role for Awal Bros, she is also a visiting lecturer at Faculty of Public Health University of Indonesia, an active committee for Indonesian Hospital Association since 2012 and also an active speaker in many Hospital Management events in Indonesia. Interviewed for many local magazines and tabloid representing hospital activities since 2005- present. Her latest addition for her career hospital quality is being a Hospital Management Surveyor for KARS ( Indonesian Hospital Accreditation Committee ) – ISQUA Accredited Organization since May 2018. She's a member of ISQua ( International Society for Quality in Health Care ), pursuing ISQua fellowship program and also a member of ACHE ( American College of Health Care Executive ).

Syarifah Liza Munira, born in Jakarta, was appointed as the Head of the Health Development Policy Agency on December 8, 2022. Previously, this lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia (FEB UI), was a Research Fellow in Health Economics at the Australian National University and served as the Head of the Master’s Program in Population and Employment Economics at FEB UI. She has experience working with national and international organizations such as the World Health Organization, the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria, the World Bank, and served as the Government Affairs Director at GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals. She earned her Doctor of Philosophy degree from the Australian National University, her Master in Public Policy from the National University of Singapore, and her Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Indonesia.

Santi is a visionary health professional with 20 years experiences at the intersection of pharmacy, entrepreneurship, academia, and scientific research. She was trained in Indonesia, Australia and the UK. As the founder and CEO of PathGen, she leverages her personal journey as a cancer survivor and an extensive expertise in cancer research to drive the development of accessible healthcare solutions to bridge the gap between research and real-world impact, focusing on underserved communities, particularly in resource-limited countries like Indonesia. Santi has published several high impact research publications, and she received several awards including Early Career Entrepreneur of The Year 2022 by Cancer Research UK, Innovator Award for Pharmaceutical and Medical Device 2022 by Indonesia Ministry of Health, Vice Chancellor Award 2021 of University of Nottingham, Muhammadiyah Award 2021 for Science and Technology and Global Winner of People’s Choice Award of Extreme Tech Challenge 2021. Through her holistic approach to health innovation and her relentless pursuit of affordable solutions, Santi embodies a commitment to improving health outcomes and promoting equity in healthcare.

As CEO of Icon Cancer centre – ASEAN, Serena has spent her career in healthcare and is well-versed in the regions multicultural and diverse healthcare landscape. Prior to her position as CEO, Serena joined Icon in 2018 as Chief Operating Officer, leading regional operations which has seen the business increase their footprint and build upon their services across the region.

She has held a number of senior management positions across Singapore, including, Vice President at TE Asia Healthcare, a private healthcare investment and operations platform backed by TPG Capital. TE Asia invests in and operates a portfolio of healthcare assets in the region, focussing on specialty centres and hospitals. She was also Co-founder, group managing director and chairman of the board of Can-Care Holdings, a healthcare provider focussed on post-care and rehabilitation products for oncology patients.

Serena has amassed a broad experience in healthcare management and business development including strategic planning, hospital business process reengineering and management of clinical services for some of Asia and America’s largest private healthcare providers.
