Bonney is a masterful Moderator and MC having hosted hundreds of events in stages across the globe over a decade and a half, leading conversations on policy, technology, trade, education, politics and art. Prior to joining the BBC, Bonney was at CNBC-Africa where he served as the lead pan-African news anchor. He has also worked at the Kenya Television Network (KTN) hosting two daily television news shows. Bonney has been a contributor to the Forbes Africa magazine. Loise Wangui Chief Officer, Regulatory Affairs at Nairobi Securities Exchange Loise is the Chief Officer, Regulatory Affairs at the Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE) where she leads the functions of market surveillance, financial & sustainability reporting and listings with the objective of promoting ethics, fairness and transparency in the trading of securities. Loise holds a Masters in Law (LL.M) in Public Finance and Financial Services Law from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) from the same university. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a certified sustainability professional, a certified company secretary and is currently pursuing certification in climate finance from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. Loise is passionate about helping companies address the shift in assessment of corporate performance to one that includes both financial and non-financial performance; through identification, measurement, integration and reporting of ESG performance. In this regard, Loise in 2021 led the design and development of the first ESG Disclosure Guidance Manual for listed companies in Kenya, after previously leading the drafting of the NSE Green Bonds Listing Rules and Issuer Guide for Green Bonds, a framework that facilitates investments in green bonds. She is also an active contributor to the sustainable growth agenda through think tanks, trainings and thought leadership.
