Key Speaker: Roger Kastner

Are you ready to transform the way you lead through change? Join us for an engaging coffee chat where we'll explore how to lead with heart and connect with your team on a deeper level.

Our brains naturally seek certainty and change often brings uncertainty. Logical elements like vision, case for change, and key messages won't resonate if the brain's fight, flight, or freeze response is triggered. To ensure logic is heard, we must first address emotional needs.

In this exciting session, we'll share three brain-based activities designed to help leaders connect with hearts, so they can effectively connect with minds and pave the way forward. You'll walk away with practical tools and strategies to lead your team through change with confidence and empathy.

About Our Speaker

I'm Roger Kastner, and for over 25 years, I've been working with leaders and teams to explore and co-design new ways of thinking, working, and taking action so that they can unlock their potential and create meaningful impact.

As an Organization Development Practitioner, I am grateful to have the experience of leading teams to deliver innovative solutions by using a research-based approach that combines systems thinking, human-centered design, and co-creation for developing higher-performing teams. I work with teams to co-design and deliver solutions in the areas of team coaching, organization design, leader effectiveness, learning, and change management, so they can achieve their business goals and create environments where people can thrive.

As a Leadership and Life Coach I guide clients so they can explore the things that are getting in their way and identify the next right step for them.

And as the Host of the What Do You Know To Be True? podcast, I chat with everyday people with extraordinary talent who make meaningful impact in the world. The goal of sharing these conversations is to inspire others to work more deeply within themselves so that they can achieve a more purposeful and joyful life.
