Join us for the ESG Africa Community of Practice Networking Forum, which will focus on the HOW. Building on the last session where we looked at ESG trends and key issues, this time, we aim to discuss how to implement and operationalize an ESG strategy that considers those trends.

• Which trends are new opportunities? What needs to happen within your company and across your supply chain? How can you bring cross-functional teams together to turn your ESG strategy into reality, transforming words into actions, achieving tangible results, creating positive impacts, and generating value?
• How do you bring everyone on board with a common ESG vision and strategy, and foster a shared sense of ownership and accountability for its implementation and operationalization? How do you manage progress?

We will have various speakers sharing their experiences on the HOW, discussing their successes, challenges, and the key processes, tools, and approaches they have used to facilitate the operationalization and implementation of their ESG strategies.
