The Consequence Management Principles (CMP) Program is a comprehensive initiative designed to enhance leadership capabilities when navigating the complexities of major crisis events. The program aims to equip individuals with the necessary skills to effectively manage various aspects of crises, including social, political, economic, infrastructure and human factors.
The program is accelerated and through the core modules and interactive sessions, participants are guided in understanding their roles, enhancing decision-making abilities, fostering collaborative leadership, and developing effective emergency management strategies that inform the wider consequence of decision-making.
The CMP is primarily for two distinct cohorts; individuals who step into an emergency/disaster role but not in their BAU, and for Senior Leaders/Executives.
