As many of you know, the lasting impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic have changed our ways of working fundamentally. Prompted by member requests, we are hosting a conversation with senior leaders on work modalities in the sector.
CEOs, EDs and senior leaders responsible for managing work modalities in their organization (e.g. Heads of HR, operations, etc.), are invited to join us on November 27 from 10:00 am to 11:45 am ET for a session on the present and future of work modalities in Canada's international development sector!
We'll discuss how organizations are navigating remote, hybrid, and in-office setups, and the impact on staff well-being, culture, and productivity. This event offers an opportunity to join us at our office (123 Slater Street, Suite 800) in-person or virtually.
We are sharing this invitation through our CEO/ED list, and you are encouraged to invite other relevant senior staff to the session as useful.
Please note that Cooperation Canada's regular Human Resource Working Group meeting will also occur on November 27 at 3:00 pm ET and will pick up discussion on the same topic. This session is open to all members.
