To combat the crisis of single-use plastics in a holistic manner, Malaysia has produced the Roadmap Towards Zero Single-Use Plastics. The Roadmap launched in 2018 will be implemented up to 2030, of which its success hinges upon all relevant stakeholders fulfilling their roles effectively.
