Mr. Hille focuses his practice in litigation, with a particular emphasis on trial advocacy. His areas of concentration include insurance, healthcare law, professional liability and ethics, and white-collar criminal matters. including those related to professional ethics. Mr. Hille has extensive trial expertise that encompasses insurance defense and coverage cases, healthcare disputes, professional liability defense, fraud and abuse, and regulatory issues.
Mr. Hille’s white-collar experience includes involvement in both state and federal investigations, including those related to healthcare fraud and abuse and the taking of fraudulent payments from government entities. He also represents legal professionals in District Ethics Committee (DEC) and Office of Attorney Ethics (OAE) investigations and prosecutions, including matters before the Disciplinary Review Board (DRB) and New Jersey Supreme Court. In that regard, Mr. Hille has represented clients in matters ranging from dismissal or diversion to disbarment.
Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, Mr. Hille has served as an amicus representative for professional and business associations on a number of matters before the Supreme Court. He has published and lectured widely in his areas of concentration.
Mr. Kelly is an experienced and successful personal and business advisor. His experience includes the representation of individuals and business clients. He advises clients in the purchase and sale of businesses, residential and commercial real estate, and negotiation of various contracts. He also advises clients with regard to estate planning and administration and elder law issues.
When the need arises, Mr. Kelly is an experienced civil litigator, particularly in the areas of chancery and estate litigation. Mr. Kelly has handled complex corporate and commercial matters; defamation cases, and civil rights cases. He has successfully defended negligence and product liability cases, insurance coverage disputes, and has prevailed in plaintiff’s personal injury cases in both New York and New Jersey. He also has substantial expertise in commercial and residential land use projects and government law, interacting with all levels of government. Over the years he has also served as attorney to several municipalities.
Mr. Kelly is a graduate of Fordham University and Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a member of the Legislative Law Journal. Before practicing law, Mr. Kelly was the former Law Secretary to Honorable Kevin M. O’Halloran, Presiding Judge, Superior Court, Chancery Division, General Equity Part, Bergen County and Assignment Judge Peter Ciolino.
Judges of the New Jersey Superior Court have appointed Mr. Kelly to serve and assist the court on complex legal matters, including Plenary and Emergency Medical Guardianships. In addition, he has served as an Arbitrator in the New Jersey Superior Court Mandatory Arbitration Program. He has been appointed as Boundary Dispute Commissioner and Condemnation Commissioner in various Superior Court matters, is Legal Counsel to the Land Use Board of the Borough of Bogota.
Mr. Kelly is an Adjunct Professor at Bergen Community College. Mr. Kelly has also lectured at seminars presented by the National Business Institute; the Institute for Paralegal Education; the New Jersey State Foundation Speakers Bureau, and for clients.
A former Councilman of the Borough of New Milford, Mr. Kelly continues to be involved in his community and various pro bono publico programs. He has served as a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association Emergency Task Force. He is a member of the Bergen County Bar Foundation.
Mr. Kelly is also fluent in Spanish.
Christopher J. Koller, Esq. is in private practice with an office in Hackensack, New Jersey. He maintains a general practice emphasizing the representation of clients in civil, commercial, and business litigation at the trial and appellate levels.
Mr. Koller received a B.A. degree from Fordham University and his J.D. degree from Fordham University.
Mr. Koller was a member of the District II-B Ethics Committee from 2007 to 2020 and served as Chair of the Committee from 2010-2011. He has been a speaker on the topic of attorney ethics for the Bergen County Bar Association and the Justice Morris Pashman Inn of Court.
Gary L. Pinckney, Esq. is a Senior Vice President with Couch Braunsdorf Insurance Group in Liberty Comer, New Jersey. He is responsible for the administrative, sales and risk management activities for their New Jersey lawyers' professional liability insurance operation. Having served a judicial clerkship and practiced law with the litigation firm of Borgia & Boggia, Esqs., Mr. Pinckney is an acknowledged specialist in his field and is a frequent speaker on today's lawyers' professional liability
insurance issues. He has organized and participated in numerous risk management seminars in conjunction with the New Jersey State Bar Association, New York State Bar Association as well as numerous local county bar associations. He has also served on the New Jersey Supreme Court Ad Hoc Committee on Attorney Malpractice Insurance.
