In light of these concerns, ANZCHAM ALA together with Phoenix One brings you the course Effective Presentation Skills this coming 13, 20, 27 August & 3 September 2021 at 8am-12nn live via Zoom. Learn how to prepare your presentation and deliver it, plus how to package your message creatively, even during these virtual/hybrid times. The Effective Presentation Skills Masterclass is intended to build skills from preparing what to present to the actual presentation of ideas and help develop confidence in presenting ideas.

    Raymund Villar

    Raymund "Mon" Villar (Mon) is an independent consultant whose services cover end-to-end management of learning and development programs in a consultant, facilitator, or training lead capacity.

    His expertise lies in crafting and delivering leadership, team building, coaching, communication, professional development, career planning, TQM, and strategic planning programs for professionals ranging from staff to executive levels as well as students.

    He has also served as Project Team Coach and consultant for the development of a competency-based HR System for the Civil Service Commission, Office of Civil Defense, and the Provincial Governments of: Aklan, Davao del Norte and Lanao del Norte. In this role, he assisted in formulating and defining competencies, assessed project team members’ competencies through Behavioral Event Interviews (BEI), and guided team members in creating competency-based job descriptions. These projects were sponsored and supervised by the Philippines-Australia Human Resource Organisational Development Facility (PAHRODF).

    Mon’s consultancy experience is backed by 18 years of professional work experience in the areas of management, administration, sales, marketing, project management and advocacy public relations. His past positions include: Executive Director of the Philippine Software Industry Association where he led and managed operations and marketing activities, advocacy plans and programs of the local software industry; Sales Manager of various IT companies where he managed and negotiated for the closure of big-ticket accounts in different industries, and; IT Professional where he was responsible for the development and maintenance of various computer systems.
    Mon is a graduate of De La Salle University-Manila with a degree in BS Computer Science and has completed 21-masteral units under the Masters in Business Administration (MBA) program of DLSUManila. His certifications include Franklin-Covey facilitator, Accenture Professional Development Instructor, and PAHRODF Consultant.
