課程内容 Course Summary:

體驗飛盤擲盤方法丶走位丶直排隊形戰術丶橫排隊形戰術及比賽模式。

Techniques for throwing, catching, cutting, vertical stacking, horizontal stacking, and game rules of ultimate frisbee.
