We invite community developers, activists, and interested residents to engage in a thought-provoking discussion about the history and impact of community land trusts (CLTs), particularly as they relate to the civil rights movements. This conversation will explore the implications of community control and power dynamics in Detroit, examining how CLTs can foster equitable development and empower local residents. The event is brought to you by the Detroit Regional Housing Partnership's Racial Equity and Justice Workgroup.
