This examination is a useful learning assessment that was developed based on the feedback received from program directors across the country. The exam aims at providing fellows with an avenue to practice making management decisions on complex cases.

It also gives them constructive feedback that will help them prepare for the Royal College Exam. Furthermore, it provides feedback to the program directors on how a fellow is doing in their current year of study. ​
