Andrei is and expert appraiser of real estate, business,l and other intangible assets, member of ANEVAR, but also member of RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (United Kingdom), gaining over 15 years of experience in real estate.

As General Manager of Appraisal & Valuation SA has been involved in specialized consulting companies with an international presence. After a term of 4 years as Vice President, he is currently the President of the Romanian Council for Green Buildings (RoGBC). Contributor to the green buildings development in Romania, Andrei was one of the promoters of the Green Mortgage project, the first green financing project in Romania developed in relation to Raiffeisen Bank and Alpha Bank in the first stage and today with 5 more commercial banks in Romania. The project is under implementation in 14 other European countries.

Mioara Iofciulescu is Managing Director of Atlantis Romania since 2013. She joined the company in 2012, as Head of Legal Affairs Department, and she was promoted to leadership positions due to her experienced profile and a realistic, but creative vision of the Romanian real estate market aligned to the company’s values and mission.
Mioara is licensed in Communication and Law, having a double specialization in public relations and business law, and is currently pursuing Executive MBA courses at Tiffin University, Ohio, USA.
Having over 20 years of experience in project management, legal and business consultancy, Mioara managed to secure Atlantis Romania’s investment portfolio and to grow the company’s value.

Claudiu has accumulated more than 9 years of experience in dealing with complex issues regarding the taxation of individuals. His main areas of expertise include international mobility, reward strategies, executive remuneration and taxation of wealthy people. He has gained knowledge and expertise by assisting national and international clients from all industries. At the same time, he elaborated and held numerous seminars, presentations and workshops on various taxation topics (domestic tax legislation, international taxation, etc.) both in Romania and abroad (for the Chambre des Salariés Luxembourg). He is an active participant in several working groups for the improvement of the Romanian tax legislation. Prior to joining BDO, Claudiu collaborated with several consulting companies in Romania and Luxembourg.

Paul is the Founder and Coordinator of Risk Management Network 360, with over 20 years of experience in insurance, corporate brokerage, claims negotiation, and risk management. His experience includes working with leading insurance brokers globally, as well as negotiating contracts with renowned local and international insurers.
