Suelta is a sauna company, based in the Entertainment Quarter in Moore Park, with a mission to unify, re-energise, and re-centre people around Sydney through the power of Sweat, Chill + Release. It aims to be Sydney's favourite spot to escape life's noise, connect with others, and experience the magic that unfolds, following the Suelta experience. Their vision is to cultivate a community and peace for anyone to enjoy. Their goal is to ensure customers of Suelta have a meaningful and impactful experience every time.
Their 1 hour Sweat + Chill sessions include 1 hour of bliss! You can go back and forth between the Sauna and our Ice bath as many times as you like within the hour.
