The German-Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GPCCI) would like to invite our Members to this year's
Annual General Meeting 2025
on 15 April 2025, Tuesday
starts at 4PM
at Ballroom 2, Raffles and Fairmont, Makati
AGM Proper Participation fees:
GPCCI Corporate Members: 2 complimentary slots*
GPCCI Individual Members: 1 complimentary slot*
*Complimentary slots are only for Members who have settled their 2025 Membership fees.
As approved by the Board of Directors of the German-Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry, please be notified that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Members of the Chamber shall be held on the abovementioned dates, with the following agenda:
1. Call to Order
2. Certification of Quorum
3. Proof of Service of Notice of the Meeting
4. Approval of the Minutes of the Previous Annual General Meeting of the Members
5. Report of the President
6. Outlook of the Executive Director
7. Report of the Treasurer
8. Ratification of all Acts of the Board of Directors and Management for the Year 2024 until the Date of the 2025 Annual General Meeting
9. Appointment of Independent Auditor
10. Other Matters
11. Adjournment

This event is exclusive for Members only. Furthermore, only Regular Corporate Members and Associate Members of the Chamber in good standing shall have the right to vote at the Annual General Meeting. Consequently, we would also like to take this opportunity to kindly remind our Members who have not settled their 2025 Membership Fees to do so not later than 1 April 2025, Tuesday at 5:00 p.m.
Voting shall be done by proxy or in absentia only.
A Regular Corporate Member or Associate Member that wishes to vote in absentia shall accomplish its Ballot and submit the same to the Chamber's Office or email the same to kat.rodriguez@gpcci.org not later than 10 April 2025, Tuesday, at 10:00 a.m. Ballots shall be made available to all Regular Corporate Members and Associate Members here not later than 7 April 2025.
We encourage members to submit their filled-out Proxy Form to ensure the required quorum. You may choose a member of the GPCCI Board of Directors to attend/vote on your behalf.
Submitted proxies before the AGM but, joined the meeting shall not be deemed to have revoked their proxies.
