Harbour Chargers are back! These morning mixers are for the local business community in Summerside and Prince County, brought to you by Greater Summerside Chamber of Commerce and Harbourfront Theatre.


Harbour Chargers are an opportunity for you to network with colleagues from the business community over coffee, make new connections, spark new ideas and new collaborations, all taking place in the beautiful setting of Summerside's Harbourfront Theatre. Each month, we will be inviting a representative from one business in the area to speak briefly about their organization, and ways to get involved.


Entry is free, and no pre-booking is required. Just turn up! We look forward to welcoming you then.


Coffee is kindly provided by Samuel's Coffee House, and baked goods by Water Street Bakery.

    Deanne is a dedicated advocate committed to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as those who are high functioning. With over ten years of experience in the field, Deanne returned to school in 2021 to further enhance her knowledge and skills, ultimately leading to the founding of Compassion First in 2023. Her mission is to create inclusive programs that foster lifelong connections, personal growth, and skill development.



    Driven by a passion for helping others, Deanne is devoted to teaching practical life skills and promoting active community engagement. Compassion First offers tailored support programming designed to meet the unique needs of participants, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to thrive.



    In addition to her extensive experience, Deanne holds a Social Services and Addictions Worker certificate earned with honors. She envisions a supportive environment where everyone feels valued and empowered, cultivating a sense of belonging through community involvement and connection.
