We are delighted to host our third annual Autumn Conference in Birmingham, this year to be held on the 6th of November 2023 and with a theme of 'Breaking Barriers.'
In society and the workplace too many barriers are put in front of people who are trying to get on, and one of our core aims here at HDN is to promote diversity and inclusion in the housing sector, and particularly in the make up of Boards. We need to be brave with our questions and in breaking down those barriers and, as always, our Autumn Conference will present a great opportunity for us to work together, share ideas and make real progress in a vibrant and friendly environment.
We are thrilled to announce the event will be hosted by the brilliant Chanté Joseph, host at the Guardian Pop Culture Podcast. Chanté will be joined by key note speakers Theo Smith, social impact entrepreneur and author of the award winning Neurodiversity at Work; and Guilaine Kinouani, the radical psychologist who's Doctorate studies the factors which underpin experience of racial injustice in people of African descent.
With such a stellar line up we are looking forward to another thought provoking day and a great opportunity for networking.
