There is so much going on in the world at the moment that can be placed in the category of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. Some of it is very positive but sadly there is also an awful lot of negative and often toxic rhetoric around it.

So why not come along to our workshop on 12th of June and find out how you can positively and proactively navigate these important subjects within your organisations. The workshop is particularly designed for those who are at the start of their journey.

We will:

• Explore some of the key concepts, including the difference is between 'equality' and 'equity'
• Look at why you can't just have 'diversity' without meaningful 'inclusion'
• Get comfortable with the language and terminology including some 'myth busting' around language that has been weaponised negatively
• Help participants to identify some practical ways to incorporate the learning into their roles
