With the support of the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations, Housing Diversity Network is pleased to announce that we will be launching a joint EDI Network for organisations operating in Scotland. The first meeting of the HDN-SFHA EDI Network will take place on 21st January2025.

This group is open to any housing organisations (including housing associations, charities, local authorities, etc.) who are committed to equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) and are based in and/or operating across Scotland.

The group will meet quarterly online, and serves as a forum to discuss the latest EDI trends in the social housing sector, share best practice, and network with other like-minded organisations.

Our first meeting will include a look at the initial findings from HDN's Scotland EDI Baseline Study which will highlight areas of strength and weakness found in the Scottish housing sector when it comes to EDI performance and practices.
