Alison Inman was previously a board member at HDN, and now is on the boards of TPAS, Saffron Housing Trust and PfHLimited. She is a Past President of the Chartered Institute of Housing and former chair of the National Federation of ALMOs… as well as co-founder of the social housing campaign group SHOUT.

Alison chairs the new Service Quality Committee at Saffron, working with tenants, board members and independent committee members to ensure that Saffron’s homes and services are as good as they can be. Telling her ‘that is operational and not the business of the board’ will get short shrift!

Hugh Goulbourne is an Executive Director of CO2Sense CIC ‘Renewable Energy Fund’, and a commercial solicitor with twenty years’ legal experience in-house and in private practice. As the Founder and Chair of Kirklees Diversity and Innovation Network, Hugh also plays a leading role in driving the equality and diversity agenda across West Yorkshire.
Over the past 18 months, Hugh has been working with Labour Renaissance (the group dedicated to returning Labour to being the natural home of working families) and Progressive Britain (a thinktank who support policy thinking across the five missions) to help the Labour Party develop its thinking on how to work with SMEs to create economic growth and opportunity in every part of the UK.
A long serving member of the Labour Party, Hugh is a CLP elected member of the Labour Party’s National Constitutional Committee.

Lynne Nicholls (she/her) is the director of Leonis Solutions, Chair of First Brick Housing and was instrumental in setting up HouseProud having co-chaired the organisation for several years.
At Clarion Housing Lynne chaired their award-winning LGBTQ+ Network, spearheading intersectional working across staff networks, and was instrumental in developing the transitioning at work policy for trans and non-binary staff.

As Vice Chair at Watmos Community Homes, she was the board ED&I champion and chaired the People and Culture Committee. She played a key role in developing their ED&I policy and action plan, as well as developing a residents board readiness programme and recruiting and supporting its first intake.

Lynne is passionate about inclusive education, speaking in schools for Diversity Role Models on bisexuality and faith. She is the Chair of Trustees for Schools Out, founders of LGBT+ History Month in the UK, alongside which she is the Festival Director for OUTing the Past, the International LGBT+ History Festival.
