Olivier’s expertise in IT architectures, Internet technologies, and software engineering paved the two decades for him helping businesses make the most of most out of technologies such as cloud computing to solve business struggles and adapt to a data-driven business model. He also lead the digital product strategy in Asia for an American multinational publishing and education company, aimed at building a virtualised web service platform for Luxembourgish Internet Service Provider pre-cloud era.
At the moment, he heads Amazon Web Services Singapore’s Emerging Technologies where he promotes the advantages of emerging technologies to the creation of new products, improving process efficiency, and use engagement channels for consumers.
Olivier has a bachelor of science degree in Computer Science from the University of Applied Sciences Trier, and a masters degree from the National University of Singapore majoring in Software Engineering.

Holding a bachelor of arts (Hons) degree and a Diploma in Education from the University of Sydney, Mr. Steven Robinson nurtured Australia’s relationships with different countries – primarily in the Southeast Asian region including Jakarta, Yangon, and Bangkok. He has also served senior positions in operations and corporate fields in Canberra.
Due to his service “to Australia’s international interests through a significant and sustained contribution”, he was made an Officer of the Order of Australia (AO) in 2009.
Mr. Robinson currently serve as a Deputy Secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and presently the Australian ambassador to the Philippines.

For 25 years, Ashish has been involved in strategising, planning and network engineering, network, IT, and cost transformation. He is known for his strong technical thinking and business acumen that helped vendor and operator organisations grow. Because of his effective communication skills that include face-to-face presentation and negotiation skills, maturity, credibility, and commercial acumen, he is able to influence senior levels.
In 2012, he moved from Australia to the Philippines to be part of Globe’s senior leadership team. He currently heads the network planning and engineering team, and manages ideation of new technology, and planning and implementation of 5G, IoT, and automation, among other things.
Dominic was born in Sydney Australia however, he also grew up in Asia and the Pacific. Dominic, graduated from Sydney’s St. Ignatius College, Riverview followed by the University of Technology Sydney. Dominic also represented Australia in rugby union.
Dominic returned to Asia in 2007, where he became the business leader for Asia Pacific for a telecommunications manufacturer from Texas, USA. Dominic managed a territory that spread across more than 16 economies from American Samoa in the East through to Pakistan in the West, Korea in the north to New Zealand in the South.
After more than a decade managing telecommunications solutions with the top tier 1 vendors across the region, Dominic founded UCAAS Inc., the brands ULAP (Filipino for Cloud) and AWAN (Indonesian / Malay for Cloud).
ULAP offers tailor made solutions that bring about business optimization. This is delivered via 1st world Hybrid Cloud solutions with the best in breed of telecommunications links to the Philippines.

A long career in various in the energy and banking industries for different roles made a way for Steve to accelerate to senior positions such as CFO for TRUenergy’s retail division and Managing Director of Chengdu Service Centre in China. He also served as Vice Chairman and Chairman of Auscham West China; participating in activities with ANZ & Australia and China’s Departments of Trade and Foreign Affairs.
Presently, Steve is ANZ’s Managing Director in Manila; primarily responsible for running ANZ operations including banking operations, Risk, Finance and HR Shared Services, Tech Services, and Customer Contact Centre (providing 24/7 service to 32 markets across the ANZ network).

Allan Tan is a technopreneur by heart. Driven by his passion to contribute and innovate, he founded Ideyatech with the vision of building creative software applications. A career in information technology spanning two decades honed his mastery of the art of software development – true for both the technical and management aspects of it. Ideyatech is now part of Monstar Lab, a global software development powerhouse in Japan. He is an advocate of automation using RPA and Artificial Intelligence and is the founder of RPA Philippines. He believes that automation can help the workforce keep their competitiveness and should be harnessed to maintain leadership. Allan is also a board director of PSIA and Director of Founder Institute - Manila
Vicki is a managing director and portfolio lead for Finance & Accounting BPS (Business Process Services) for Accenture Intelligent Operations Centers in the Philippines. She is responsible for driving growth and operation performance of key F&A accounts.
Vicki has more than 10 years of experience in the IT-outsourcing industry. Prior to joining Accenture, she managed the Manila-based finance shared services operations of a European Investment Bank and was responsible for reporting P&L statements for global markets, global banking and MIS reporting for asset management, private wealth and private banking as well as business area and legal entity controllership for the bank's New York, London, Frankfurt and Asia Pacific branches.
Vicki holds a Bachelor's degree in Humanities and Economics from the Ateneo de Manila University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She is a PhD candidate from Oxford University (United Kingdom) and has attained her Masters in Sciences from Leicester University. She is also certified in Financial Management from Cornell University (New York), in PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), in Six Sigma – Black Belt, and in COPC.
