Adoption of a gender lens in the investment strategies of private investors is increasingly showing up in Asia. Reports show that there is an increased demand from limited partners to invest in firms equipped with environmental, social and governance goals, and greater opportunities are also there for investors aiming to solve gender gaps.

While the majority of investors might be familiar with a broad definition of Gender Lens Investing (GLI), the benefits of taking a gender lens strategy approach are gaining prominence, making it more important than ever to be well versed in the GLI thesis and keep up with recent developments.

Through this introductory session on GLI, private investors and businesses will get the opportunity to:

  • Engage in a wide-ranging discussion on the basic concept of GLI
  • Understand the practice of infusing GLI in the investment process
  • Get the latest findings on the investors' gender lens approaches, strategies and deliverables in the context of Myanmar.
  • Identify new opportunities and get recommendations on how inventors could align their work with a gender lens approach.

You will also be able to learn through a case study on how the inclusion of gender diversity strategies in businesses could significantly add value to the growth and returns of those companies.

Join us now to tap into the growing opportunities that come with a gender lens approach.
