The formal part of the AGM will be kept as short as possible and include feedback on 2022 and an overview of the 2022 financial results. Finally, the incoming committee for 2023-2024 will be introduced.

Should you wish to join the committee of the BCCSA, please send your application to capetown@belgianchambersa.co.za, with a short resumé and a motivation letter by no later than Tuesday 14/02/2023.

Only the members who paid their membership in 2022 can vote - please note that there is only 1 vote per member.

If you can't attend in person, you can give your proxy vote to another member. Please send us the proxy form by no later than Monday 20/02/2023.
