Ciru Wanyoike is the Group Commercial Director at Mi Vida and oversees the asset/property management business under the brand Auris Property Management. She oversees the commercializing of the entire Garden City estate, to maximize the value of the portfolio, which includes a premier retail mall (Garden City Mall), modern residential units (Garden City Residences), and Garden City Business Park with Grade A office space. She also heads Auris Property Management, a sister company, providing the full fledge of property services, including property management/facility management services, sales and marketing services, and project management services.

Ciru has over 16 years of combined experience in real estate and finance. She has worked in both the USA and Kenyan markets, where she dealt with both commercial and residential real estate projects, including working on restructuring complex real estate transactions. She is also keen on corporate governance with her time spent on various Boards.

Ciru holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Boston University (Boston, USA). She also holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and a Master's in Finance, both from Bentley University (Boston, USA).

Samuel Kariuki is a senior Business, Finance, and Investment Executive, with over 16 years of experience in Corporate Leadership, Finance & Investment and Audit. Before joining Mi Vida, he was the Managing Director at Centum Real Estate.

As CEO, he will provide an oversight role for the Mi Vida Homes growth trajectory strategy and spearhead the first project’s final phase and the other projects that are in the pipeline.

He holds an MSc in Finance (Economic Policy) from the University of London, an MBA in Strategic Planning from Heriot-Watt University, an undergraduate degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, and an engineering degree from Moi University.

He sits on the board of Longhorn Publishers Ltd. He is a member of the Information Systems Audit & Control Association, Inc. and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya.

He also holds a certificate in construction management.

Stella Mutai Head of Mortgage Business at HFC, has over 15 years of experience in Real Estate lending, Mortgage Product Development & Management, Green Financing, Market Communication, Sales and Marketing in Local, Regional, and Diaspora markets.

She is responsible for Building a profitable Mortgage and Commercial property book at HFC that offers the best solution in the market to Corporate, Retail and Businesses Banking Customers.
Stella is a Daystar University Graduate, member Kenya Institute of Management, Women in Real Estate (WIRE), and Women on Board Network (WOBN). Board member at Nyumba Regulated Non –WDT SACCO. Committee Member at Kenya Property Developers Association (KPDA) Affordable Housing and Strengthening Committee. She is also a Retirement Benefits Authority (RBA) Certified Trustee.

Selline has a decade of experience in real estate with extensive knowledge in Valuation, Research, Feasibility studies, investment appraisal and development consultancy for all property assets.

Prior to joining Broll Kenya, Selline was a Senior Property Valuer at Centenary Valuers Limited, a Kenyan Private Limited Company, and a property Valuer and Manager at NW Realite.

Ms. Onyango holds a bachelors degree, Bachelor of Real Estate, from the University of Nairobi, and a Masters Degree, Master of Urban Management from the University of Nairobi. She is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), a full member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK) and a Registered Valuer with Kenya’s Valuation Registration Board.

Selline has worked on various valuation assignments to key clients including Britam, Kenya Ports Authority, West Kenya Sugar Company, Deyvani Foods Industries, Ole Sereni Hotels, Blue Nile Rolling Mills, Pioneer International University, Cargill, commercial banks like NCBA, KCB and HFC; institutions, retirement benefit schemes, property investors/developers, just to mention a few.
Additionally, Selline has provided research and advisory services to various property investment firms across all asset classes.
