Bernadette Fatima T. Romulo-Puyat is the current Secretary of the Department of Tourism after being appointed by President Rodrigo Duterte in 2018. She attended the University of the Philippines and pursued an undergraduate and a Masters degree in Economics.

Secretary Romulo-Puyat was a former lecturer at the UP School of Economics (1994-2006). She also served as an Economic Consultant at the Housing and Urban Development Coordination Council (HUDCC) (2001-2002) and the Presidential Management Staff (2005-2006), and was Deputy Cabinet Secretary at the Office of the President in 2006.

She was appointed as Undersecretary at the Department of Agriculture from 2007 to 2018 where she was designated to handle Special Concerns, Administration and Finance, and Agribusiness and Marketing.

Kelvin Lee is Assistant Director of Member & External Relations for the International Air Transport Association (IATA), based at the Asia-Pacific regional office in Singapore.

IATA is the trade association for the world’s airlines, representing some 290 airlines or 82% of total air traffic. IATA supports many areas of aviation activity and helps formulate industry policy on critical aviation issues.

In his role, Kelvin looks after aviation policy and regulatory developments to support aviation growth in the region. In light of the COVID-19 situation, one of his current focus is the coordination of IATA’s efforts to support the industry restart in the region.

Atty. Roberto C.O. Lim is a Philippine attorney and member of the Philippine Integrated Bar. He is in private practice and an independent director of various corporations. He is Of Counsel to the firm Creencia Carillo Velasco Law. He is the Chairman of Inteliconsult Corp., an advisory firm that handles PPP projects such as the aviation and transport sector. He is Vice Chairman and Executive Director of the Air Carriers Association of the Philippines (ACAP).

He was formerly General Counsel of Philippine Airlines, Country Head of International Air Transport Association in the Philippines and also served as Department of Transportation Undersecretary for Aviation and Airports in 2016-2017.

Rob Bradshaw has 26 years of executive and board-level International experience across countries, industries, and functions. Most recently he was Cathay Pacific’s Country Manager for the Philippines. He has expertise in strategic planning and execution, but his area of passion is Human Resources, particularly organizational and leadership development. He is an executive in Residence at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) in Manila and at Singapore Management University (SMU). He is a Fellow of UK Based CIPD.

He is currently a freelance consultant and is the senior consultant of the Philippines Board of Airline Representatives, as well as on the board of the British Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines and a charity called the Upskills foundation, based in Tondo. He is a member of the Management Association of the Philippines and the People Management Association of the Philippines. He is a much sought after and regular speaker at conferences and online webinars on aviation, tourism, travel, and leadership. He is married to a Filipino and loves Scuba diving across the islands of the Philippines.
