As discussed we have finalised our itinerary for our June Trade Delegation to the UAE/Saudi Arabia.

Please see below for a high level brief of the delegation.

The purpose of this delegation is to explore the opportunities in UAE and Saudi Arabia and off the back of our very successful Trade Delegation in February it will be a great chance to be able to connect with businesses, Government Bodies and explore both markets in the UAE and Saudi Arabia

31st of May - Arrival in Dubai

1st of June - Delegates workshop with Dubai Economy and Tourism and key stakeholders in Dubai

2nd of June - Business matching and networking with Dubai Businesses

3rd of June - Flight to Riyadh

Cultural Experience at Diryah Gate

4th of June - Business matching workshop with our partners at the Federation of Saudi Chambers, workshop and opportunity to connect with businesses and stakeholders

5th of June -

Ministry of Investment Workshop and National Development Program Workshop

Afternoon - Saudi Food Expo (pending confirmation)

6th of June -

Morning - Business matching and visit to Saudi Businesses (tailored based on industry)

Afternoon Tea at the Australian Embassy with Australian Ambassador to Saudi Arabia

7th of June -

Private meetings with any businesses connected with in Saudi throughout the visit.

Please note that timings and sessions scheduled may change and you will be updated of these changes.

Your flights and accommodation can be booked at your own discretion, however please note that all delegates should arrive in Dubai by 31st of May and have flights booked to departing from Dubai to Riyadh by midday on the 3rd of June at the latest.

Transfer to and from events will be done from the Shangri-La Hotel in Dubai and the Al Faisaliah Hotel in Riyadh.
