Much has been written about giving feedback effectively. Some of the advice is good; some is not so good. The purpose of this showcase is to enhance traditional, effective methods for delivering feedback and to make it extraordinary by describing how to infuse deep respect—dignity-affirming respect into your feedback. When you do this, feedback moves beyond effectiveness, sometimes even transforming relationships for the better. In this event, we will describe the BEAR model of dignity-affirming feedback.
