DutchCham Hong Kong is hosting a hybrid event called "Masterclass on Executive compensation tied to ESG performance". We welcome Professor Gaizka Ormazabal from IESE Business School (Ranked #3 in the World) for a Masterclass, sharing his insights into the "G" of the ESG framework.
The topic is current as the share of firms designating ESG metrics as key performance indicators (KPIs) for their executives has grown from 3% in 2010 to over 30% in 2021. In this session, we discuss questions (a) what are the reasons behind these arrangements, (b) how these ties are created and (c) what the outcomes are in terms of performance (both ESG and financially)?.
