Before serving as Ambassador to Cambodia for Australia, from 2020 until 2023, Chargé Kang was Ambassador to the UAE. Most recently he served as Head of the 2024 ASEAN-Australia Special Summit Task Force.

He is back in Cambodia only for a short period of time. We know you will enjoy a chance to catch up with him while enjoying some of the best views and conversation in Phnom Penh.
