We want to note that this event will be held in person in Michigan, and a virtual option will not be provided.

Please visit the INSIGHTS tab at the top of this page and complete the assessment by Monday, March 31st. You can return to this page any time to complete the insights before the due date!
Please start booking your flight/travel arrangements. We will book your hotel accommodations on your behalf based on the arrival and departure dates provided in your registration. Please remember the dates and times below when booking your travel and requesting your hotel.
Flights:
Fly into the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW).
Your clinic will cover your flight costs. If you are a COACH, your flight cost will be allocated to CORP.
Please plan to arrive the night before to ensure a timely start to Day 1 of the program.
Please book return flights for after 4:30 p.m. on Day 2.
Hotel:

We will book your hotel reservations on your behalf. You will not need to contact the hotel regarding bookings.
Hotel costs will be allocated back to your hospital
Please be prepared to present your ID and credit card upon check-in for incidentals.
Ground Transportation:
Upon arriving at the airport, please use the Uber app to transport yourself to the hotel or MVP Home Office.
Please follow these instructions if you have not utilized Uber for transportation.
The MVP events team will send you an Uber Voucher no later than three days before the event.
We will provide a shuttle from the home office to the airport on Tuesday at 2:00 pm
Meals:
All meals will be provided during the event.
Accounting/Reimbursement:
When submitting expenses for reimbursement, attendees must allocate all event and travel costs to the "Medical Advancement Group" events in Concur. Please see the attached screenshot under the DOCUMENTStab.
Payroll:
Hourly team members will be compensated for attending mandatory MAG event sessions.
The timesheet will be attached to the pre-event email.
Processed hours will be provided directly to team members' timesheets within Dayforce.
