On Thursday 14 November, the BJCC invites you to our Member Masterclass: Understanding Power and Good Conflict in the Workplace, delivered by accomplished leaders and SMEs from Museum of Sticks & Stones.
Our Masterclass will run in working groups, giving you time in a smaller group to ask questions of the presenter that relate directly to you. By the end of the 90-minute Masterclass, Members will have tactics and approaches on the following hot topics.
- Working group 1 - Understanding power dynamics in the workplace
- Working group 2 - Navigating positive conflict with good negotiation and communication skills
Join us to accelerate your understanding of workplace power and conflict management! Like all BJCC events, this Masterclass will include time for networking, light refreshments, and time spent at the best emerging network in Brisbane.
