Event Details

A healthy, productive relationship between top-level management (C-Suite: CEO, CFO, COO…) and the Board of Directors is essential for good corporate governance and effective functioning of an organisation. In order to achieve success and create value for the company, we must understand the different roles played by board and management, and the lines of responsibility. Boards set strategic direction and hold management to account by monitoring, questioning, offering insight. On the other hand, management executes the strategy and runs the operations of the organisation.

How do board members stay informed on critical information of the company and hold management to account, while not getting involved in day-to-day issues? How do management teams engage with the board in order to take advantage of the value, experience and perspective offered by the board? Join us and hear from top C-level executives who will offer their perspectives in this interactive webinar.
