Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Cancellations or refunds will be accepted in writing via email to conference@nemtac.co by August 8, 2025, to receive a full refund less a $200 processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations on or after August 8, 2025.


No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Substitute attendees are welcome and must be registered by name through the registration desk.


NEMTAC® reserves the right to refuse admittance to the conference to anyone at its sole discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
